Hello! My name is Cassandra Gutierrez.
 
I have been interested in Real Estate since High School and took the leap into this career in 2022. I am originally from Oceanside, CA where my family moved for the Marine Corps. Since then I made the move to the Central Valley in 2016, after finishing my Masters at Vanguard University. I have since built a community of friends, family and met my husband, Thomas here in the Central Valley! I am passionate about serving people, and helping make the process of selling or buying enjoyable, simple and intentional. Each client has their specific needs and desires in this process. I strive to give individual support utilizing my talents, community and professional connections. I work with an amazing team of agents at The Ark Real Estate Group, along with a marketing team and coordinators who support me and my clients. I am passionate about my clients feeling safe, encouraged and knowing they have an agent who is driven in helping make their dreams possible. If I am not doing Real Estate you can find me at my Church where I serve as the Executive Nexgen and Events Pastor, or at my gym where I train in Jiu Jitsu, or spending time with Thomas and family.
